The Veil Is Thinning: Her Holiness Sai Maa and the Presence That Filled the Room in Kyoto
The United Spiritual Leaders Forum (USLF) is a gathering that unites senior lineage teachers with emerging spiritual leaders in service of the next generation — Gen Z and Gen Alpha. Its mission: bring insight from ancient wisdom traditions to the modern challenges and aspiration young people face today.
The second forum convened in Kyoto, Japan in December 2025, hosted by Pearl News. Her Holiness Sai Maa, a featured speaker, offered insightful address that inspired all attendees.
The forum had been running for over an hour. Teachers had spoken. Questions had been asked. The room was full of spiritual lineages converging, voices rising and settling, the particular hum of people who have given their lives to awakening trying to find what they could build together.
Then one of Her Holiness Sai Maa’s senior devotees introduced Her Holiness Sai Maa and the work she has been doing for the benefit of youth. After his poignant words, he turned the space over so that the forum could hear greatly anticipated address of Her Holiness Sai Maa.
That was the moment everything shifted.
It was not subtle. People felt it in their bodies. The air itself seemed to change. The room became still — not the stillness of waiting, but the kind that arrives when something sacred enters.
Her Holiness Sai Maa was not physically present in Kyoto, yet her presence was unmistakable. It moved through the room like light when a curtain is drawn — immediate, complete, effortless.
What she shared was extraordinary.
Her Holiness Sai Maa spoke of children arriving on this planet carrying a different DNA — a higher consciousness that previous generations did not carry at birth. She described meeting more and more of these young people over the years: children, teenagers, young adults whose perception is fundamentally different from what we have known. Their DNA is active in ways that earlier generations could not access without decades of practice. They are not broken. They are not disordered. They are operating at a frequency that the world around them has not yet learned to recognize.
The veil, she said — the boundary between individuality and unity, between the personal self and the vast consciousness that connects all life — is thinning. Not metaphorically. Physiologically. Within the DNA of the younger generation, the separation between the individual and the whole is growing thinner. People will begin to spontaneously move into enlightened states. Not in some distant future. Now.
“Serve them, because they are serving you. They are serving humanity.”
This was Her Holiness Sai Maa’s charge to the teachers in the room: do not approach the younger generation as students who need to be taught. Approach them as beings who have arrived carrying something the world needs. Give yourself permission to step into the becoming of you with the new humanity. Surrender. Be happy. Be simply happy.
For the younger generation listening — and there were many — this was the message beneath the message: what you feel stirring inside you is real. The restlessness, the sensitivity, the sense that something is trying to emerge that you cannot name — that is not anxiety. That is activation. You are not too much. You are carrying exactly what this moment in history requires.
Now is the time, Her Holiness Sai Maa said, for the great teachers to share their knowledge. The portals are open. The energy coming to the planet is getting stronger. And these children — these teenagers, these young adults — are expanding consciousness for all of humanity.
A Point of Agreement
After Forum presentations, Teacher Ahjan — who organized the gathering and delivered the keynote on the twenty-year vision for reaching youth — expressed deep alignment with Her Holiness Sai Maa’s teaching. “When Her Holiness Sai Maa spoke about the new DNA,” Teacher Ahjan shared, “the twenty-year timeline became real. We are not hoping these young people will someday awaken. They are already carrying the shift. They arrived with it. Our work is not to give them something they lack — it is to reach them before the noise of the world drowns out what they already carry. Her Holiness Sai Maa sees this more clearly than anyone I have ever met.”
Voice of the Next Generation
Siyana, an emerging teacher attending the forum, described the impact of Her Holiness Sai Maa’s presence: “I have spent years thinking something was wrong with me — too sensitive, too much, too different. When Her Holiness Sai Maa spoke about the new DNA, I did not just hear it. I felt it land in my body. She named what I have been carrying my whole life. I wept. For the first time, I understood that what I thought was a burden is actually what I came here to give.”
